Bus Station and Town Centre Car Park

Peveril Securities and Cordwell delivered this new facility for Cheshire East Council after a two year project to enhance transport interchange facilities and town centre car parking in Crewe.
The multi storey car park comprises of 389 spaces and an impressive living eco green wall, together with a Crewe Town Centre heritage feature which sits above the bus station.
Constructed by Bowmer and Kirkland the bus station delivers a modern, safer and convenient amenity for residents and visitors to the town. The new facilities include:-A fully-enclosed passenger waiting area with seating-10 bus bays including one for coaches-Toilets for passengers, including a disabled toilet and baby changing facilities-Cycle stands-Welfare facilities for bus drivers-CCTV is provided throughout Design was by Corstorphine and Wright, Architects of Manchester, Project Management by RPP of Leeds ,Consultant Engineers by BJB Consulting of Wakefield, Cost Consultants by Atkins Realis of Birmingham.
Q Parks

Completed to the highest design standard, this brand new, state of the art 534 space muli-storey car park is positioned in the heart of Sheffield City Centre. Operated by Q Parks, who pride themselves on quality, customer satisfaction and operational excellence, the car park is the newest in the city.
The retail accommodation, which is ideally positioned on the prominent corner elevation, provides a gross internal area of 9,230ft. The units benefit from a high level of vehicle movements and an automatic level of pedestrian foot fall from the car park and surrounding areas.
The completed investment was sold to Standard Life.
Euro Car Parks
Birmingham
Cordwell in association with Richardsons constructed a brand new 500 space car park which was carefully intergrated within the Fiveways Leisure scheme on Broad Street, Birmingham.
The split level decked car park was constructed in two phases and was let to Euro Car Parks.
Ropewalk Car Park
Nuneaton
Cordwell in association with Richardsons, developed The Ropewalk, a major retail scheme within the town centre. As part of the proposals Cordwell created a 500 space multi storey car park which was handed back to Nuneaton & Bedworth Council on completion.
NCP, Pond Street
Sheffield
Cordwell acquired this prominent site on Arundel Gate opposite the Crucible Theatre in Sheffield City Centre. The complex was asset managed by Cordwell which included a 700 space NCP Car Park which served not only the leisure uses above but the surrounding office, shopping and concert venues.
Broad Street Tower
Birmingham
Cordwell in association with Richardson Developments has received planning consent to redevelop this £150 million mixed use tower on a 1.5 acre site in the heart of Birmingham's Westside Convention Quarter.
The new tower will include 20,000 sq.ft of retail and leisure units, a 190 bedroom hotel and 344 city living apartments with parking for 294 vehicles.
The podium will have its own rooftop garden and is designed to provide a private amenity area sperate from the public realm of Broad Street.
